About the Sauce

Thank you for choosing Foolazul sauces!

We grow and harvest all of the peppers and garlic on our farm in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Peppers are always the first ingredient in our sauces.  They ripen to perfection in the late summer sun, allowing us to to make the premium bottle of sauce that is in your hand.

You can buy them at select retailers and markets, as well as on our online shop (local delivery only).

We currently have a line of six sauces

Black Belén:  a moderate pepper heat with a dark heart of black garlic

Fresnero:  a fruity and floral moderate heat

Jalapeño Garlic:  an earthy, verdant jalapeño flavor with moderate heat

Jalapeño Honey:  our take on sriracha, using ripe jalapeños, garlic and honey….all from the farm

Habanero Verde:  the crisp, fruity flavor of green habanero….current our hottest sauce

Not Hot:  tangy and sweet, with NO HEAT
